Seeing them, Vrajaraj is delighted and invites them inside the house. ॥१॥\n\nदोऊ कर जोरि किये पद बंदन करि सनमान बैठाये हो ।\nसबहि विप्र मिलि वेद मंत्र पढ़ि सब आसीस सुनाये हो ॥२॥\nWith both hands folded, he bows at their feet and respectfully seats them. All the Brahmins together recite Vedic mantras and give their blessings. ॥२॥\n\nमहरि जसोदा अति हरखित मन लालन उबटि न्हवाये हो ।\nकरि सिंगार दे विविध सामग्री मेवा गोद भराये हो ॥३॥\nMother Jasoda, greatly delighted at heart, applies ubtan to Lala and bathes Him. She adorns Him beautifully and fills His lap with various festive offerings and dried fruits. ॥३॥\n\nकहति जसोदा दोऊ भैया मिलि दान देहो मन भाये हो ।\nआज परव संक्रांति को दिन खेलो सखन बुलाये हो ॥४॥\nJasoda says, “Both brothers, together give gifts as Your hearts desire. Today is the festival of Sankranti; call Your sakhas and enjoy playing with them.” ॥४॥\n\nयह सुनि बचन हरखि बल-मोहन धाय महर पै आये हो ।\nदेखि मुदित 'व्रजराज' हुलसि के लीने कंठ लगाये हो ॥५॥\nHearing these words, Bal and Mohan rejoice and run to Maher.
