Saying again and again, “He must have become hungry while in the forest,” Nanda keeps looking at His face. ॥१॥\n\nकह्यो नहीं मानत काहूको आप हठीले दोऊ वीर ॥ वारवार तन पोछत करसों अतिहि प्रेमकी पीर ॥२॥  \nThe two brave boys are very headstrong and do not listen to anyone. Again and again, Nanda gently wipes their bodies with his hands, overcome with deep affection. ॥२॥\n\nसेज मंगाय लई तहां अपनी जहां स्यामबलराम ॥ सूरदासप्रभुके ढिंग सोईसंग पोढी नंदवाम ॥३॥  \nNanda had his own bed brought there, where Shyam and Balaram were sleeping.
