Taking all His friends along, He walks on—the valiant One who swallows the forest fire with His mouth. ॥१॥\n\nगाय बच्छ चरत जहां कुसुमनकी लता तहां बैठे जाय दुमनबीच बोलत पीक कीरन ॥\nWhere the cows and calves graze and flowering creepers grow, He goes and sits among the trees, where cuckoos and parrots call.\n\nचत्रभुज प्रभु सखनसंग गावत सारंग राग धुनसुन मृग आये घेर सुधन रही शरीरन ॥२॥\nChatrabhuj says: The Lord sings Raga Sarang with His friends.
