आज बने मोहन रंग भीने । केसरी पाग सिथिल अलकावलि सीस चन्द्रिका दीने ॥१॥ केसरी वागो अति ही राजे हरी इजार चरनन में दीने । हार हमेल दरपन ले निरखत रसिक प्रीतम जु चरनन दीने ॥२॥

आज बने मोहन रंग भीने । केसरी पाग सिथिल अलकावलि सीस चन्द्रिका दीने ॥१॥ 
Today, Mohan is beautifully adorned, filled with delight. He wears a saffron turban, with loose curls falling gracefully, and a crescent-shaped ornament placed upon His head. ॥१॥

केसरी वागो अति ही राजे हरी इजार चरनन में दीने । हार हमेल दरपन ले निरखत रसिक प्रीतम जु चरनन दीने ॥२॥ 
His saffron robe looks exceedingly beautiful, and He wears green trousers reaching down to His feet. Adorned with necklaces and a hamel ornament, He looks at Himself in a mirror. Rasik Pritamji offers himself at His feet. ॥२॥

aaj bane mohan rang bheene |
kesaree paag sithil alakaavali sees chandrikaa deene ||1||

kesaree vaago ati hee raaje haree ijaar charanan men deene |
haar hamel darapan le nirakhat rasik preetam ju charanan deene ||2||
