अद्भुत तेरी बात कन्हैया । तुम जो तनक गोवर्धन धार्यो एकही हाथ लियौ कैसे भैया ॥१॥ यमुना पैठि गह्यौ पुनि काली रहे सब लोक दिखैया । केशि तृणावर्त तैं मारे और पूतना हनी यदुरैया ॥२॥ बच्छ बाल अघासुर लीला तुमही भये ता ठौर नन्हैया । परमानंद प्रभु बहुतक ऐसी अपनौ मरम कहौ नंद दुहैया ॥३॥

अद्भुत तेरी बात कन्हैया । तुम जो तनक गोवर्धन धार्यो एकही हाथ लियौ कैसे भैया ॥१॥
“Kanhaiya, Your deeds are truly wonderful! You are so little, yet You lifted Mount Govardhan. My dear, how did You hold it up with just one hand?” ॥१॥

यमुना पैठि गह्यौ पुनि काली रहे सब लोक दिखैया । केशि तृणावर्त तैं मारे और पूतना हनी यदुरैया ॥२॥
“You entered the Yamuna and subdued the serpent Kaliya while everyone watched. You also killed Keshi, Trinavarta, and Putana, O beloved Lord of the Yadus!” ॥२॥

बच्छ बाल अघासुर लीला तुमही भये ता ठौर नन्हैया । परमानंद प्रभु बहुतक ऐसी अपनौ मरम कहौ नंद दुहैया ॥३॥
“When the calves and cowherd boys were taken away, You Yourself appeared in their places, my little Kanhaiya. You also performed the pastime of Aghasura. Parmanand says, ‘O Lord, son of Nanda, You have performed so many such wonderful deeds. Please tell us the secret of Your true nature.’” ॥३॥
