आजु छबि देखियत है गिरिधारी । कसूंभी पाग सुरंग पिछोरा छबि लागत अति भारी ॥१॥ केसरी रंग भीज्यों उपरेना उर वनमाल गरे । स्याम अंग पर भूषण सोभित मुरली अधर धरे ॥२॥ एसी भांति चले गोचारन नंदकुमार कन्हाई । 'श्री विठुल गिरिधर' मैं देखे कहि न जात छबि माई ॥३॥

आजु छबि देखियत है गिरिधारी । कसूंभी पाग सुरंग पिछोरा छबि लागत अति भारी ॥१॥
Today Giridhari’s beauty is a wondrous sight. He wears a safflower-colored turban and a richly colored pichhora, and His splendor appears especially magnificent. ॥१॥

केसरी रंग भीज्यों उपरेना उर वनमाल गरे । स्याम अंग पर भूषण सोभित मुरली अधर धरे ॥२॥
His upper cloth is dyed in saffron color, and a vanamala rests upon His chest and around His neck. Ornaments shine upon His dark form, and He holds the flute to His lips. ॥२॥

एसी भांति चले गोचारन नंदकुमार कन्हाई । 'श्री विठुल गिरिधर' मैं देखे कहि न जात छबि माई ॥३॥
Thus Nandakumar Kanhaiya goes forth to graze the cows. Shri Vitthal says: Mother, I have beheld Giridhar, but His beauty cannot be expressed in words. ॥३॥

aaju chhabi dekhiyat hai giridhaaree |
kasoombhee paag surang pichhoraa chhabi laagat ati bhaaree ||1||

kesaree rang bheejyon uparenaa ur vanamaal gare |
syaam ang par bhooshan sobhit muralee adhar dhare ||2||

esee bhaanti chale gochaaran nandakumaar Kanhaaee |
'Shree vithul Giridhar' main dekhe kahi na jaat chhabi maaee ||3||
