अपनोगामलेहुनंदरानी ॥ बडेबाप की बेटी याते पूतहिंभली पढावतबानी ॥१॥
“O Queen of Nand, take Your son back to Your own village! You are the daughter of a respected family, so You should teach Your son better manners.” ॥१॥

सखाभीरलेपेठत घर में आपखाय तोसहिये ॥ जबमैंचली स्यामहिपकरन तबकेकहागुण कहिये ॥२॥
“He enters my house with a crowd of His friends. If He ate the food Himself, I could bear it. But when I went to catch Shyam, how can I describe what He did next?” ॥२॥

भाजगयो दुरदेखत कितहू मैंपोढी जब आय ॥ हरेहरेबेनीगुही पाछेंबांधीपाटीजाय ॥३॥
