अरि ये कोन छबीलो याके शीश पगा । सांवरे वरन अंग अंग सुंदर धर्यो हे शीश पगा ॥१॥ कुटिल अलक बदन पर राजत कुंडल जटत नगा । मेरो मन अटक्यो यो वा मूरति बांध्यो प्रेम तगा ॥२॥ श्याम समें गायनकी पाछे सखा मंडली संगा । कृष्णदास गिरिधर जुकी बानिक दिन दिन नव नव रंगा ॥३॥

अरि ये कोन | Ari Ye Kon

अरि ये कोन छबीलो याके शीश पगा । सांवरे वरन अंग अंग सुंदर धर्यो हे शीश पगा ॥१॥  
O friend, who is this charming One with a turban upon His head? Dark in complexion and beautiful in every limb, He wears a turban upon His head. ॥१॥

कुटिल अलक बदन पर राजत कुंडल जटत नगा । मेरो मन अटक्यो यो वा मूरति बांध्यो प्रेम तगा ॥२॥  
Curly locks shine upon His face, and jeweled earrings adorn Him. My heart has become fixed upon that form, bound by the thread of love. ॥२॥

श्याम समें गायनकी पाछे सखा मंडली संगा । कृष्णदास गिरिधर जुकी बानिक दिन दिन नव नव रंगा ॥३॥  
At evening, Shyam comes behind the cows, accompanied by the circle of His sakhās. Krishnadas says: the appearance of Giridhar-ju reveals ever-new beauty day after day. ॥३॥

## Transliteration

ari ye kon chhabeelo yaake sheesh pagaa |
saanware varan ang ang sundar dharyo he sheesh pagaa ||1||

kutil alak badan par raajat kundal jatat nagaa |
mero man atakyo yo vaa moorati baandhyo prem tagaa ||2||

shyaam samen gaayanakee paachhe sakhaa mandalee sangaa |
krishnadaas Giridhar jukee baanik din din nav nav rangaa ||3||
