बालदशा गोपालकी सब काहू भावै । जाके भवनमें जात है सो लै गोद खिलावै ॥१॥ श्यामसुंदर मुख निरखिकें अबला सचुपावै । लाल लाल कहि ग्वालिनी हँसि कंठ लगावै ॥२॥ चुटकी दै दै मुदित  व्है करताल बजावै । परमानंद प्रभु नाचहीं शिशुताई जनावै ॥३॥

बालदशा गोपालकी | Baladasha Gopalaki

(राग बिलावल | Raga Bilaval)

बालदशा गोपालकी सब काहू भावै । जाके भवनमें जात है सो लै गोद खिलावै ॥१॥
Everyone delights in Gopal’s childhood state. Whichever home He enters, they take Him into their lap and play with Him. ॥१॥

श्यामसुंदर मुख निरखिकें अबला सचुपावै । लाल लाल कहि ग्वालिनी हँसि कंठ लगावै ॥२॥
Gazing upon Shyamsundar’s face, the women are deeply delighted. Saying, “Dear child, dear child,” the gvalinis laugh and embrace Him. ॥२॥

चुटकी दै दै मुदित  व्है करताल बजावै । परमानंद प्रभु नाचहीं शिशुताई जनावै ॥३॥
Joyfully snapping their fingers again and again, they clap their hands. Parmanand says, the Lord dances, showing His childlike ways. ॥३॥

## Transliteration

baaladashaa gopaalakee sab kaahoo bhaavai |
jaake bhavanamen jaat hai so lai god khilaavai ||1||

shyaamasundar mukh nirakhiken abalaa sachupaavai |
laal laal kahi gvaalinee hansi kanth lagaavai ||2||

chutakee dai dai mudit  vhai karataal bajaavai |
paramaanand prabhu naachaheen shishutaaee janaavai ||3||
