भोजन करत भांवते जियके नवलनिकुंज महल में ॥ अरसपरस दोऊ खात खवावत जोसुख उपजत लोचन हियमें ॥१॥ कीनो कछुक मनोरथ मोहन हेत सवार ग्रास मुख तियके ॥ हँस चितयौ जब रूपमाधुरी रहि गयो कोर हाथही पियके ॥२॥

भोजन करत भांवते जियके नवलनिकुंज महल में ॥ अरसपरस दोऊ खात खवावत जोसुख उपजत लोचन हियमें ॥१॥
In the beautiful, newly blossoming nikunj palace, They lovingly enjoy Their meal to Their hearts’ delight. Both feed each other and eat from each other’s hands, bringing joy to Their eyes and hearts. ॥१॥

कीनो कछुक मनोरथ मोहन हेत सवार ग्रास मुख तियके ॥ हँस चितयौ जब रूपमाधुरी रहि गयो कोर हाथही पियके ॥२॥
Mohan, with a loving wish in His heart, prepared a morsel to place in His beloved’s mouth. But when He gazed at Her with a smile, captivated by the sweetness of Her beauty, the morsel remained in His hand. ॥२॥

bhojan karat bhaanvate jiyake navalanikunj mahal men ||
arasaparas dooo khaat khavaavat josukh upajat lochan hiyamen ||1||

keeno kachhuk manorath mohan het savaar graas mukh tiyake ||
hans chitayau jab roopamaadhuree rahi gayo kor haathahee piyake ||2||
