भोर निकुंज भवन प्यारीके झूलत लाल लाडिली दोऊ। सुनि सुनि रमकझमक नुपूर की भीतर जान न पावत कोऊ ॥१॥ ललिता ललित बजावत बीना दंपति गावत जानत सोऊ। यह सुख बरनि सकै कैसे कोऊ रसिक प्रीतम तहाँ द्वारें होऊ ॥२॥

भोर निकुंज भवन प्यारीके झूलत लाल लाडिली दोऊ। सुनि सुनि रमकझमक नुपूर की भीतर जान न पावत कोऊ ॥१॥
At daybreak, in Pyari’s nikunj-bhavan, Lal and Ladili both swing together. Hearing the soft jingling of their anklets, no one can know what is happening within. ॥१॥

ललिता ललित बजावत बीना दंपति गावत जानत सोऊ। यह सुख बरनि सकै कैसे कोऊ रसिक प्रीतम तहाँ द्वारें होऊ ॥२॥
Lalita gracefully plays the vina, and the divine couple sing; she alone knows that joy. How could anyone describe such happiness? Rasik Pritam remains there at the doorway. ॥२॥

bhor nikunj bhavan pyaareeke jhoolat laal laadilee dooo |
suni suni ramakajhamak nupoor kee bheetar jaan na paavat kooo ||1||

lalitaa lalit bajaavat beenaa dampati gaavat jaanat sooo |
yah sukh barani sakai kaise kooo rasik preetam tahaan dvaaren hooo ||2||
