देखो सखि ठाडो मदन गोपाल। पहेर कवाय धरे सिर टोपा फल गुल ओढे लाल ॥१॥ बागो सरस तासको सोहे सुथन मोजलाल। किशोरी दास प्रभु की छबी निरखत उर राजत वनमाल ॥२॥

देखो सखि ठाडो मदन गोपाल। पहेर कवाय धरे सिर टोपा फल गुल ओढे लाल ॥१॥  
Look, sakhi, Madan Gopal is standing there. He wears a qabai, a cap on His head, and a flower-patterned wrap. ॥१॥

बागो सरस तासको सोहे सुथन मोजलाल। किशोरी दास प्रभु की छबी निरखत उर राजत वनमाल ॥२॥  
His beautiful bāgā looks graceful on Him, with fitted trousers and red shoes. Kishoridas says: as I behold Prabhu’s beauty, the vanamala shines upon His chest. ॥२॥

dekho sakhi thaado madan Gopaal |
paher kavaay dhare sir topaa phal gul odhe laal ||1||

baago saras taasako sohe suthan mojalaal |
kishoree daas prabhu kee chhabee nirakhat ur raajat vanamaal ||2||
