देमैयाभँवराचकडोरी ॥ जायलेउ आरेपरराख्यो काल मोललेराखी कोरी ॥१॥ लेआयेहंसस्यामतुरतही देखरहेरंगरंग बहुडोरी ॥ मैयाबिनाऔरकोलावे बारबारहरिकरतनिहोरी ॥२॥ बोल लिये सब सखासंग के खेलत कान्ह अपनी पौरी ॥ तैसेई हरितैसेई व्रजबालककरभँवरा चकरिनकी जोरी ॥३॥ देखतजननी यशोदा यहसुखविहँस विहँसमुखमोरी ॥ सूरदासप्रभु देखेखेलत व्रजवनिता डारततृणतोरी ॥४॥

देमैयाभँवराचकडोरी ॥ जायलेउ आरेपरराख्यो काल मोललेराखी कोरी ॥१॥
“Mother, give me my spinning top and its string.” She replies, “Go and get them. I bought them yesterday and kept them brand-new on the shelf.” ॥१॥

लेआयेहंसस्यामतुरतही देखरहेरंगरंग बहुडोरी ॥ मैयाबिनाऔरकोलावे बारबारहरिकरतनिहोरी ॥२॥
Shyam immediately brings them, smiling, and looks at the many colourful strings. He repeatedly asks His mother with affection, for who else but His mother would bring these things for Him? ॥२॥

बोल लिये सब सखासंग के खेलत कान्ह अपनी पौरी ॥ तैसेई हरितैसेई व्रजबालककरभँवरा चकरिनकी जोरी ॥३॥
Kanha calls all His friends and plays with them at His doorstep. Hari and the boys of Vraj play together, each holding a spinning top and its string. ॥३॥

देखतजननी यशोदा यहसुखविहँस विहँसमुखमोरी ॥ सूरदासप्रभु देखेखेलत व्रजवनिता डारततृणतोरी ॥४॥
Mother Yashoda watches this delightful sight, smiling and turning her face as she laughs. Surdas says that the women of Vraj, seeing the Lord playing, lovingly offer blades of grass to ward off the evil eye. ॥४॥

dekhatajananee Yashodaa yahasukhavihans vihansamukhamoree ||
sooradaasaprabhu dekhekhelat vrajavanitaa daaratatrinatoree ||4||
