गायो न गोपाल मनलायो न निवारलाज पायो न प्रसाद साधुमंडली में जायके ॥ धायो न धमक वृंदाविपिनकी कुंजनमें रह्यो न शरण जाय श्रीविट्ठलेशराय के ॥१॥ श्रीनाथजीको देखके छक्यो न छबिली छबि सिंह पोर पर्यो नाहीं सीसहू नवायकें ॥ कहें हरिदास तोहि लाजहुं न आई कछु मानस जन्म पायो पै कमायो कहा आयकें ॥२॥

गायो न गोपाल मनलायो न निवारलाज पायो न प्रसाद साधुमंडली में जायके ॥ धायो न धमक वृंदाविपिनकी कुंजनमें रह्यो न शरण जाय श्रीविट्ठलेशराय के ॥१॥  
You did not sing of Gopal with your mind absorbed in Him; you did not cast aside worldly hesitation; you did not go among the sadhus and receive prasād. You did not hasten to the groves of Vrindavan, nor dwell there, nor go and take refuge in Shri Vitthaleshray. ॥१॥

श्रीनाथजीको देखके छक्यो न छबिली छबि सिंह पोर पर्यो नाहीं सीसहू नवायकें ॥ कहें हरिदास तोहि लाजहुं न आई कछु मानस जन्म पायो पै कमायो कहा आयकें ॥२॥  
Seeing Shrinathji, you were not filled with wonder at His beautiful form; you did not fall at the Singh Pol (Lion Gate of Shrinathji) and bow your head. Haridas says: have you no shame at all? Having received a human birth, what have you accomplished by coming into this world? ॥२॥

gaayo na Gopaal manalaayo na nivaaralaaj paayo na prasaad saadhumandalee men jaayake ||
dhaayo na dhamak vrindaavipinakee kunjanamen rahyo na sharan jaay Shreevitthalesharaay ke ||1||

Shreenaathajeeko dekhake chhakyo na chhabilee chhabi sinh por paryo naaheen seesahoo navaayaken ||
kahen haridaas tohi laajahun na aaee kachhu maanas janm paayo pai kamaayo kahaa aayaken ||2||
