गिरिधर गेंद मांगत आय । सेजतें उठ झांकत इत उत बैठे जहां नंदराय ।।१।। मधुर वानी सुन सयानी आई रोहिनी धाय । 'कृष्णदास' के प्रभुकी मंगल आरती करत जसोमति माय ।।२।।

गिरिधर गेंद मांगत आय ।
सेजतें उठ झांकत इत उत बैठे जहां नंदराय ।।१।।
Giridhar comes asking for His ball. Rising from His bed, He looks here and there for Nandarai and finds where he is sitting. ।।१।।

मधुर वानी सुन सयानी आई रोहिनी धाय ।
Hearing His sweet voice, wise Rohini comes hurrying to Him.

'कृष्णदास' के प्रभुकी मंगल आरती करत जसोमति माय ।।२।।
Krishnadas says: Mother Jasumati performs the auspicious arati of his Prabhu. ।।२।।

sejaten uth jhaankat it ut baithe jahaan Nandraay |
