गोपीजन गावे गीत राखी को है दिन पुनीत स्यामास्याम झूले दोऊ रंग हिंडोरे। रमकि-झमकि झोटा देत नैननि कों सुख देत निरखि-निरखि छबि पर तून तोरे ॥१॥ सावन की पून्यो मन भावन संग राखी बांधि जमायो है राग-रंग बैठी बाँह जोरे। काछनी काछे लाल मोर मुकुट मुक्तामाल स्यामा को सुहाग-भाग सुजस चहुँओरे। ॥२॥ श्रीविट्ठल सुख-साज सज्यो जसुमति ब्रजराज भजो हरि अविचल राधा को चूरो। 'नंददास' बलिहारी भक्तनि कों सुखकारी प्रीतम चकोर प्यारी सरद-ससि पूरो ॥३॥

गोपीजन गावे गीत राखी को है दिन पुनीत स्यामास्याम झूले दोऊ रंग हिंडोरे।
The gopis sing songs; it is the sacred day of Rakhi. Shyam and Shyama both swing together upon the colorful swing.

रमकि-झमकि झोटा देत नैननि कों सुख देत निरखि-निरखि छबि पर तून तोरे ॥१॥
They give the swing bright, lively pushes, bringing joy to the eyes. Again and again, seeing their beautiful form, one becomes completely devoted to it. ॥१ ॥

सावन की पून्यो मन भावन संग राखी बांधि जमायो है राग-रंग बैठी बाँह जोरे।
On the pleasing full moon of Savan, the Rakhi has been tied, and the joyful celebration of music and colors has been arranged. They sit together with their arms joined.

काछनी काछे लाल मोर मुकुट मुक्तामाल स्यामा को सुहाग-भाग सुजस चहुँओरे। ॥२॥
Lal wears His kachhani, peacock-feather crown, and pearl garland. Shyama is adorned with auspicious beauty, and her good fame spreads in every direction. ॥२॥

श्रीविट्ठल सुख-साज सज्यो जसुमति ब्रजराज भजो हरि अविचल राधा को चूरो 
Shri Vitthal is beautifully adorned for this joyful celebration. Yashoda and the King of Braj worship Hari with steadfast devotion, and Radha's churo is treasured.

'नंददास' बलिहारी भक्तनि कों सुखकारी प्रीतम चकोर प्यारी सरद-ससि पूरो ॥३॥
Nanddas is devoted to the Lord who brings joy to His devotees. The beloved Lord is like the full autumn moon, dear to the chakora bird. ॥३ ॥

gopeejan gaave geet raakhee ko hai din puneet syaamaasyaam jhoole dooo rang hindore |
ramaki-jhamaki jhotaa det nainani kon sukh det nirakhi-nirakhi chhabi par toon tore ||1||

saavan kee poonyo man bhaavan sang raakhee baandhi jamaayo hai raag-rang baithee baanh jore |
kaachhanee kaachhe laal mor mukut muktaamaal syaamaa ko suhaag-bhaag sujas chahunore |

Shreevitthal sukh-saaj sajyo jasumati brajaraaj bhajo hari avichal Raadhaa ko chooro |
'nandadaas' balihaaree bhaktani kon sukhakaaree preetam chakor pyaaree sarad-sasi pooro ||3||
