गोपी नाचति गोद लै गोविंद । देखि देखि जसुमति सुख पावत प्रफुलित मुखअरविंद ॥१॥ श्याम गात सरोज आनन शोभित दधि के बिंद । कुटिल केश सुदेश मधुकर पीवत मुख मकरंद ॥२॥ चलत घुटुरुवन चपल मोहन हँसत कछु एक मंद । दास गोविंद प्रभु विलोकति होत जिय आनंद ॥३॥

गोपी नाचति गोद लै गोविंद । देखि देखि जसुमति सुख पावत प्रफुलित मुखअरविंद ॥१॥
A gopi dances with Govind in her arms. Watching again and again, Yashoda is filled with joy, her lotus-like face blossoming. ॥१॥

श्याम गात सरोज आनन शोभित दधि के बिंद । कुटिल केश सुदेश मधुकर पीवत मुख मकरंद ॥२॥
Upon Shyam’s dark body and lotus-like face, drops of curd shine beautifully. His lovely curling locks are like bees drinking the nectar of His face. ॥२॥

चलत घुटुरुवन चपल मोहन हँसत कछु एक मंद । दास गोविंद प्रभु विलोकति होत जिय आनंद ॥३॥
Playful Mohan moves about on His knees, smiling softly. Das Govind says: beholding Prabhu, the heart is filled with joy. ॥३॥

dekhi dekhi jasumati sukh paavat praphulit mukhaaravind ||1||

shyaam gaat saroj aanan shobhit dadhi ke bind |
kutil kesh sudesh madhukar peevat mukh makarand ||2||

chalat ghuturuvan chapal mohan hansat kachhu ek mand |
daas Govind prabhu vilokati hot jiy aanand ||3||
