ग्वालिन मांगत बसन आपने ॥ सीतकाल जलभीतरठाडी आवतनहीं दयाने ॥१॥ तुम व्रजराज कुमार प्रबल अतिकोन परी यहबाने ॥ हम सब दासी तिहारी व्रजपति तुम बहुनिपटसयाने ॥२॥

ग्वालिन मांगत बसन आपने ॥ सीतकाल जलभीतरठाडी आवतनहीं दयाने ॥१॥  
The gvalinis ask for their own garments. Standing in the water in the cold season, they say, “Do You feel no compassion?” ॥१॥

तुम व्रजराज कुमार प्रबल अतिकोन परी यहबाने ॥ हम सब दासी तिहारी व्रजपति तुम बहुनिपटसयाने ॥२॥  
You are the mighty prince of Vrajaraj; why have You taken to this way? We are all Your dasis, O Vrajpati; You are exceedingly wise. ॥२॥

gvaalin maangat basan aapane ||
seetakaal jalabheetarathaadee aavatanaheen dayaane ||1||

tum vrajaraaj kumaar prabal atikon paree yahabaane ||
ham sab daasee tihaaree vrajapati tum bahunipatasayaane ||2||
