हे धन धन जसोदा कौन पुन्य तप किनो ॥ जाके आंगन मध्य रेगन करत गोविन्द गौरज भीने ॥१॥ गोद लिये हुलरावत गावतः सबहीन हीत चीत दिन ॥ नंददास प्रभु निपट निरंजन सोतें अंजनसें कर लीने ॥२॥

## English meaning

हे धन धन | He Dhan Dhan

(राग आसावरी | Raga Asavari)

हे धन धन जसोदा कौन पुन्य तप किनो ॥ जाके आंगन मध्य रेगन करत गोविन्द गौरज भीने ॥१॥
O blessed, blessed Yashoda, what merit have you earned, what austerities have you performed, that Govind crawls in your courtyard, covered in the dust raised by the cows? ॥१॥

गोद लिये हुलरावत गावतः सबहीन हीत चीत दिन ॥ नंददास प्रभु निपट निरंजन सोतें अंजनसें कर लीने ॥२॥
You hold him in your lap, rocking him and singing; everyone has lovingly given their heart to him. Nanddas says: the Lord is utterly stainless, yet you have made him like kohl for your eyes. ॥२॥
