झूलत अरुझी वनमाल गरें ग्रीव गांठ गहि जोरी ॥ हँसत झूलत जो झुलावन हारी कहो केसें कर छोरी ॥१॥ जो छोडोतो अधिक सयाने तो न वदोंजो झटक गहितोरी ॥ कल्याणके प्रभु गिरिधरन रसिक तुम काहेकों भ्रोह मरोरी ॥२॥

झूलत अरुझी वनमाल गरें | Jhoolat Arujhi Vanamal Garen

झूलत अरुझी वनमाल गरें ग्रीव गांठ गहि जोरी ॥
As He swings, His forest garland becomes caught around His neck, with its knot held together. ॥

हँसत झूलत जो झुलावन हारी कहो केसें कर छोरी ॥१ ॥
He smiles and swings. The one making the swing move says, “How can I let go of the rope?” ॥१ ॥

जो छोडोतो अधिक सयाने तो न वदोंजो झटक गहितोरी ॥
“If I let go, the swing will move even more strongly, so I will not release it suddenly.” ॥

कल्याणके प्रभु गिरिधरन रसिक तुम काहेकों भ्रोह मरोरी ॥२ ॥
Kalyan says, “O Lord Giridhar, why are You knitting Your brows?” ॥२ ॥

jhoolat arujhee vanamaal garen greev gaanth gahi joree ||
hansat jhoolat jo jhulaavan haaree kaho kesen kar chhoree ||1||

jo chhodoto adhik sayaane to na vadonjo jhatak gahitoree ||
kalyaanake prabhu giridharan rasik tum kaahekon bhroh maroree ||2||
