झूलन हिंडोरनामें आये री भोर। मैं अबला अज्ञान मूढ मति मत्त चराइके चोर ॥१॥ जागत रेन जोवत मग चितवत बरसे अनत नही ठोर। पीरी पर गई 'रसिक' प्रीतम अब तो जावो वाही ओर ॥२॥

झूलन हिंडोरनामें आये री भोर। मैं अबला अज्ञान मूढ मति मत्त चराइके चोर ॥१॥
At daybreak, he has come to swing upon the hindora. I am a simple, unknowing woman, with a foolish mind, while this charming thief has completely captivated me. ॥१॥

जागत रेन जोवत मग चितवत बरसे अनत नही ठोर। पीरी पर गई 'रसिक' प्रीतम अब तो जावो वाही ओर ॥२॥
I remained awake through the night, watching the path and looking out, with no rest anywhere. Says Rasik: now, beloved, go toward the one whose colour has come upon you. ॥२॥

jhoolan hindoranaamen aaye ree bhor |
main abalaa agyaan moodh mati matt charaaike chor ||1||

jaagat ren jovat mag chitavat barase anat nahee thor |
peeree par gaee 'rasik' preetam ab to jaavo vaahee or ||2||
