कछु भूलगईहों परोसत फिरलाई मुसकाई ॥ झूठे मिसकर आयो चाहत सोतो सांची भईहो लालरी झरहेत केंहभाई ॥१॥ जो भूलीसो लाई अधिक छबि अरसाय आछें बनाई ॥ वृंदाबनचंद सुखदेवेको चतुराईहो जनाई ॥२॥

कछु भूलगईहों परोसत फिरलाई मुसकाई ॥  
झूठे मिसकर आयो चाहत सोतो सांची भईहो लालरी झरहेत केंहभाई ॥१॥
While serving, I had forgotten something, so I brought it again with a smile. What I had wished—to come back on some little pretext—has now truly happened, O dear one; what greater good fortune could there be? ॥१॥

जो भूलीसो लाई अधिक छबि अरसाय आछें बनाई ॥  
वृंदाबनचंद सुखदेवेको चतुराईहो जनाई ॥२॥
She brought what she had forgotten, preparing it very beautifully and with even greater charm. Vrindavan-chand thus revealed Sukhdev’s cleverness. ॥२॥

kachhu bhoolagaeehon parosat phiralaaee musakaaee ||
jhoothe misakar aayo chaahat soto saanchee bhaeeho laalaree jharahet kenhabhaaee ||1||

jo bhooleeso laaee adhik chhabi arasaay aachhen banaaee ||
vrindaabanachand sukhadeveko chaturaaeeho janaaee ||2||
