करौ कलेऊ कहति जसौदा, सुंदर मेरे गिरिधरलाल ॥ दूध, दही, पकवान, मिठाई, माखन, मिसिरी, परम-रसाल ॥१॥ पाछैं खेलनि जाऊ लडैंते, संग लेहु सब ब्रज के बाल ॥ चोवा, चंदन, अगर, कुंमकुमा, फैंटन भरौ अबीर गुलाल ॥२॥ कीयौ कलेऊ मन कौ भायौ, हलधर संग सकल मिलि ग्वाल ॥ कीयौ बिचार फागुन खेलनिकौ, ‘परमानँद’ प्रभु नैन-बिसाल ॥३॥

करौ कलेऊ कहति जसौदा, सुंदर मेरे गिरिधरलाल ॥
Have Your morning meal, says Yashodā, my beautiful Giridhar Lāl.

दूध, दही, पकवान, मिठाई, माखन, मिसिरी, परम-रसाल ॥१॥
Milk, curd, cooked dishes, sweets, butter, and sugar candy, all most delicious. ॥१ ॥

पाछैं खेलनि जाऊ लडैंते, संग लेहु सब ब्रज के बाल ॥
Afterward, go out to play; take all the boys of Vraj with You.

चोवा, चंदन, अगर, कुंमकुमा, फैंटन भरौ अबीर गुलाल ॥२॥
Take fragrant chovā, sandalwood, agaru, and kuṅkum; fill the pichkārīs with abīr and gulāl. ॥२ ॥

कीयौ कलेऊ मन कौ भायौ, हलधर संग सकल मिलि ग्वाल ॥
You have eaten the meal that pleased Your heart; with Haladhar, all the cowherd boys have gathered together.

कीयौ बिचार फागुन खेलनिकौ, ‘परमानँद’ प्रभु नैन-बिसाल ॥३॥
You have decided to play in the month of Phāgun; ‘Paramānand’ says: Prabhu has beautiful, wide eyes. ॥३ ॥

karau kaleoo kahati jasaudaa, sundar mere giridharalaal ||
doodh, dahee, pakavaan, mithaaee, maakhan, misiree, param-rasaal ||1||

paachhain khelani jaaoo ladainte, sang lehu sab Braj ke baal ||
chovaa, chandan, agar, kummakumaa, phaintan bharau abeer gulaal ||2||

keeyau kaleoo man kau bhaayau, haladhar sang sakal mili gvaal ||
keeyau bichaar phaagun khelanikau, 'paramaanand' prabhu nain-bisaal ||3||
