करौ कलेऊ मदन गोपाल ॥ मधु, मेवा, पकवान, मिठाई, भरि-भरि राखे कंचनथाल ॥१॥ माँखन, मिसिरी, सद्य-जम्यौ-दधि, औंट्यो दूध, अरु सरस मलाई ॥ आप हु खाओ ग्वालन सँग लैकैं, पाछैं खेलौ सघन-बन जाई ॥२॥ करत कलेऊ रामकृष्ण दोऊ, औरहु संग लये सब ग्वाल ॥ करहि बात फागु-खेलनि की, ‘कृष्णदास’ मनमोहन लाल ॥३॥ ३

करौ कलेऊ मदन गोपाल ॥
Have Your morning meal, Madan Gopāl.

मधु, मेवा, पकवान, मिठाई, भरि-भरि राखे कंचनथाल ॥१॥
Honey, dried fruits, cooked dishes, and sweets are filled into golden plates. ॥१ ॥

माँखन, मिसिरी, सद्य-जम्यौ-दधि, औंट्यो दूध, अरु सरस मलाई ॥
Butter, sugar candy, freshly set curd, thickened milk, and delicious cream,

आप हु खाओ ग्वालन सँग लैकैं, पाछैं खेलौ सघन-बन जाई ॥२॥
eat these Yourself, taking the cowherds along with You; afterward, go into the dense forest to play. ॥२ ॥

करत कलेऊ रामकृष्ण दोऊ, औरहु संग लये सब ग्वाल ॥
Both Rām and Kṛṣṇa eat their morning meal, taking all the other cowherd boys along with them.

करहि बात फागु-खेलनि की, ‘कृष्णदास’ मनमोहन लाल ॥३॥
They speak about playing Phāgu; Kṛṣṇadās says: O beautiful Manmohan Lāl. ॥३ ॥

madhu, mevaa, pakavaan, mithaaee, bhari-bhari raakhe kanchanathaal ||1||

maankhan, misiree, sady-jamyau-dadhi, auntyo doodh, aru saras malaaee ||
aap hu khaao gvaalan sang laikain, paachhain khelau saghan-ban jaaee ||2||

karat kaleoo raamakrishn dooo, aurahu sang laye sab gvaal ||
karahi baat phaagu-khelani kee, 'krishnadaas' manamohan laal ||3||
