खेलनही चले व्रजराई ॥ करतल वेणु लकुटिया कांधे कटिमेखला बनाई ॥१॥ द्वार द्वार प्रति सखा बुलाये बछरा ढिलवो भाई ॥ भोर भये अब तुम कहा सोबत जागहु नंद दुहाई ॥२॥ अपनी अपनी छाक लेहु तुम बहुत भांत घृत सानी ॥ परमानंदस्वामीकी लीला या विध किनहुं न जानी ॥३॥

खेलनही चले व्रजराई | Khelanhi Chale Vrajrai

खेलनही चले व्रजराई ॥
करतल वेणु लकुटिया कांधे कटिमेखला बनाई ॥१॥
Vrajarai sets out to play. The venu is in His hand, His herding stick rests upon His shoulder, and a girdle adorns His waist. ॥१॥

द्वार द्वार प्रति सखा बुलाये बछरा ढिलवो भाई ॥
भोर भये अब तुम कहा सोबत जागहु नंद दुहाई ॥२॥
At every doorway He calls His sakhas, “Brothers, release the calves! Dawn has come—why are you still sleeping? Wake up, by Nanda’s name!” ॥२॥

अपनी अपनी छाक लेहु तुम बहुत भांत घृत सानी ॥
“Each of you bring your own packed meal, with many kinds of foods prepared with ghee.”

परमानंदस्वामीकी लीला या विध किनहुं न जानी ॥३॥
Paramanand says: no one can fully understand the wondrous ways of his Swami’s Leela. ॥३॥

karatal venu lakutiyaa kaandhe katimekhalaa banaaee ||1||

dvaar dvaar prati sakhaa bulaaye bachharaa dhilavo bhaaee ||
bhor bhaye ab tum kahaa sobat jaagahu Nand duhaaee ||2||

apnee apnee chhaak lehu tum bahut bhaant ghrit saanee ||
paramaanandasvaameekee leelaa yaa vidh kinahun na jaanee ||3||
