कुंवर चलो जू आगें गहवर में जहां बोलत मधुरे मोर ॥ विगसत बन राजी कोकिला करत रोर ॥१॥ मधुरे बचन सुनत प्रीतम के लीनों प्यारी चित चोर ॥ 'गोविंद' बलि बलि पिय प्यारी की जोरि ॥२॥

कुंवर चलो जू आगें गहवर में जहां बोलत मधुरे मोर ॥ विगसत बन राजी कोकिला करत रोर ॥१॥
O Kunwar, please come further into the deep grove, where the peacocks call sweetly and the forest blossoms while the cuckoos sing aloud. ॥१॥

मधुरे बचन सुनत प्रीतम के लीनों प्यारी चित चोर ॥ 'गोविंद' बलि बलि पिय प्यारी की जोरि ॥२॥
Hearing Pritam’s sweet words, Pyari’s heart was completely captivated. Govind says: again and again I offer myself to the pair of Piya and Pyari. ॥२॥

kunvar chalo joo aagen gahavar men jahaan bolat madhure mor ||
vigasat ban raajee kokilaa karat ror ||1||

madhure bachan sunat preetam ke leenon pyaaree chit chor ||
'Govind' bali bali piy pyaaree kee jori ||2||
