लाल लालके लाल जु लोचन लाल ही के मुख लाल जु बीरा। लाल बनी काछनी अति सुन्दर लालके सीस लाल ही चीरा ॥१॥ लालही पाग सोहे अति सुन्दर लाल खडे जमुनाके तीरा। गोविन्द प्रभुकी लीला दरसत लालके कंठ विराजत हीरा ॥२॥

लाल लालके लाल जु लोचन लाल ही के मुख लाल जु बीरा।  
लाल बनी काछनी अति सुन्दर लालके सीस लाल ही चीरा ॥१॥  
Lal is dressed in red: His eyes are red, and a red betel quid is in His mouth. He wears a very beautiful red kachhani, and a red cloth upon His head. ॥१॥

लालही पाग सोहे अति सुन्दर लाल खडे जमुनाके तीरा।  
गोविन्द प्रभुकी लीला दरसत लालके कंठ विराजत हीरा ॥२॥  
A red turban looks very beautiful on Him, and Lal stands on the bank of Yamuna. Govind says: as Prabhu’s lila is beheld, a diamond shines at Lal’s neck. ॥२॥

## Transliteration

laal laalake laal ju lochan laal hee ke mukh laal ju beeraa |
laal banee kaachhanee ati sundar laalake sees laal hee cheeraa ||1||

laalahee paag sohe ati sundar laal khade jamunaake teeraa |
Govind prabhukee leelaa darasat laalake kanth viraajat heeraa ||2||
