लालन केतिक दूइ बन आवत ॥ यशोमति औसेर करतहैं ढिंगही क्यों न चरावत ॥१॥ हार परीहों यहां लो आवत घोस चढ्‌यो लखधावत व्रजजन त्यज क्यों दूर आयो सो तुमही कूं भावत ॥२॥ चलहु न उठ क्यों ठोर लाडिलो जहींये छाक धरावत ॥ कर गहि चलें कुंजभवनमें अद्भुत भाव जनावत ॥३॥ छाक धराय यहालों आयो दोनों क्यों न बतावत ॥ सीतल ठौर देख भोजनकी सवें होहुं समरावत ॥४॥ गरेंबांह धर चले रसिक प्रीतम प्रिय परस प्रमोद बढावत ॥ गूढचरण गोचरणको यह दासमुदितमनभावत ॥५॥

लालन केतिक दूइ बन आवत ॥ यशोमति औसेर करतहैं ढिंगही क्यों न चरावत ॥१॥
“My dear boys, how far into the forest have You both come? Mother Yashoda is growing anxious. Why do You not graze the cows closer to home?” ॥१॥

हार परीहों यहां लो आवत घोस चढ्‌यो लखधावत व्रजजन त्यज क्यों दूर आयो सो तुमही कूं भावत ॥२॥
“I am exhausted from coming all this way, hurrying through the cowherd settlement to find You. Why have You come so far away from the people of Vraj? Do You really like being so far from them?” ॥२॥

चलहु न उठ क्यों ठोर लाडिलो जहींये छाक धरावत ॥ कर गहि चलें कुंजभवनमें अद्भुत भाव जनावत ॥३॥
“Come, dear ones, get up! Why remain here? Let us go to the place where Your meal can be served.” Taking His hand, she leads Him into the leafy kunj, showing Him deep affection. ॥३॥

छाक धराय यहालों आयो दोनों क्यों न बतावत ॥ सीतल ठौर देख भोजनकी सवें होहुं समरावत ॥४॥
“I have brought Your meal all the way here. Why do You two not tell me where to serve it? Let us find a cool place where You can both sit comfortably and enjoy Your food.” ॥४॥

गरेंबांह धर चले रसिक प्रीतम प्रिय परस प्रमोद बढावत ॥ गूढचरण गोचरणको यह दासमुदितमनभावत ॥५॥
The charming Beloved walks with His arm around her neck, and His loving touch increases her joy. This das is delighted by the Lord's mysterious movements in the pastures where the cows graze. ॥५॥

yashomati auser karatahain dhingahee kyon na charaavat ||1||

haar pareehon yahaan lo aavat ghos chadhyo lakhadhaavat vrajajan tyaj kyon door aayo so tumahee koon bhaavat ||2||

chalahu na uth kyon thor laadilo jaheenye chhaak dharaavat ||
kar gahi chalen kunjabhavanamen adbhut bhaav janaavat ||3||

chhaak dharaay yahaalon aayo donon kyon na bataavat ||
seetal thaur dekh bhojanakee saven hohun samaraavat ||4||

garembaanh dhar chale rasik preetam priy paras pramod badhaavat ||
goodhacharan gocharanako yah daasamuditamanabhaavat ||5||
