माधो भलो बन्यो आवेहो ।। देखत जिय भावे हो ।।ध्रु०।। मोर पंखके चंदुवा नीके माथे बांधलिये ।। गुंजा फलके हार बनाये सब शृंगार किये ।।१।। कुंडल बीच कदंब मंजुरी चूरण कुंतल सोहें ।। मृगमद तिलक भोंह मन्मथ धनु देखत सब जग मोहें ।।२।। श्याम कलेवर गौरज मंडित कोमल कमल दलमाल ।। परमानंद प्रभु गोप वेषधर कूजत वेणुरसाल ।।३।।

माधो भलो बन्यो आवेहो | Madho Bhalo Banyo Aveho

(राग मल्हार | Raga Malhar)

माधो भलो बन्यो आवेहो ।। देखत जिय भावे हो ।।ध्रु०।।
Madhav comes looking very beautiful. On seeing Him, the heart is delighted. ।।ध्रु०।।

मोर पंखके चंदुवा नीके माथे बांधलिये ।। गुंजा फलके हार बनाये सब शृंगार किये ।।१।।
He has beautifully tied a peacock-feather ornament upon His head. He has made garlands of gunja berries and completed all His adornment. ।।१।।

कुंडल बीच कदंब मंजुरी चूरण कुंतल सोहें ।। मृगमद तिलक भोंह मन्मथ धनु देखत सब जग मोहें ।।२।।
Kadamba buds shine beside His earrings, and His curls look beautiful. A musk tilak adorns Him, and His brows are like Kamadev’s bow; all the world is enchanted on seeing Him. ।।२।।

श्याम कलेवर गौरज मंडित कोमल कमल दलमाल ।। परमानंद प्रभु गोप वेषधर कूजत वेणुरसाल ।।३।।
His dark form is adorned with the dust of the cows, and He wears a soft garland of lotus petals. Parmanand says: Prabhu has assumed the attire of a cowherd and sweetly plays the flute. ।।३।।
