माहि सब विधि रंगन रंगी निपट निडर व्है कें ॥ तकि मारी पिचकारी मो तन उर में आँन लगी ॥१॥ नयौ फागु खेलि नवीनौं नब रँग पीत पगी ॥ 'ब्रजाधीश' प्रभु सौं हिलमिल कैं सब निस रैन जगी ॥२॥

माहि सब विधि रंगन रंगी निपट निडर व्है कें ॥ तकि मारी पिचकारी मो तन उर में आँन लगी ॥१॥  
Becoming completely carefree, He coloured me thoroughly in every kind of colour. Taking aim, He sprayed the pichkari, and its stream came and struck me. ॥१॥

नयौ फागु खेलि नवीनौं नब रँग पीत पगी ॥ 'ब्रजाधीश' प्रभु सौं हिलमिल कैं सब निस रैन जगी ॥२॥  
Playing a new and fresh Holi, I became completely steeped in its fresh colours. Mingling joyfully with Prabhu ‘Brajadhish,’ I remained awake throughout the entire night. ॥२॥

maahi sab vidhi rangan rangee nipat nidar vhai ken ||
taki maaree pichakaaree mo tan ur men aann lagee ||1||

nayau phaagu kheli naveenaun nab rang peet pagee ||
'brajaadheesh' prabhu saun hilamil kain sab nis rain jagee ||2||
