माई मेरो लाल दूल्हे बनि आयो ॥ रत्नजटितको सीस सेहरो हीरा मोतिन लाल जरायो ॥१॥ नंदरायको कुंवर कन्हैया जसुमति लाड लडायो ॥ रसिक प्रीतमजूकी बानिक निरखत रोम रोम सुख पायो ॥२॥

माई मेरो लाल दूल्हे बनि आयो ॥
रत्नजटितको सीस सेहरो हीरा मोतिन लाल जरायो ॥१॥
“Mai, my Lala has come adorned as a bridegroom!” Upon His head is a jewel-studded sehra, set with diamonds, pearls, and rubies. ॥१॥

नंदरायको कुंवर कन्हैया जसुमति लाड लडायो ॥
Kunvar Kanhaiya, the son of Nandarai, is lovingly cherished by Jasumati.

रसिक प्रीतमजूकी बानिक निरखत रोम रोम सुख पायो ॥२॥
Rasik Pritam says: beholding His charming appearance, every pore of the body is filled with joy. ॥२॥
