मानरीमान मेरो कह्यो गोपीनाथ कुंवर तोहि बोलें ॥ हौं जो लालनसों पेंजुकर आई सो तेंजु करी ऐरी नयननहीं नहियां तातें मोमें कछू न रह्योरी ॥१॥ घोषनुपति सुतहै बहुवल्लभको कौन सुकृत फल तेंजु लह्योरी ॥ गोविंदप्रभु तें सुहाग भाग वशकीने तुमतो परम विचित्र रस छिनछिन जात वह्योरी ॥२॥

मानरीमान मेरो कह्यो गोपीनाथ कुंवर तोहि बोलें ॥ हौं जो लालनसों पेंजुकर आई सो तेंजु करी ऐरी नयननहीं नहियां तातें मोमें कछू न रह्योरी ॥१॥
Listen to me, dear friend, and give up your sulking. Prince Gopinath is calling you. I have made a pledge to my beloved Lalan, so honour that pledge, dear friend. My eyes find no rest, and because of this, nothing remains within me. ॥१॥

घोषनुपति सुतहै बहुवल्लभको कौन सुकृत फल तेंजु लह्योरी ॥ गोविंदप्रभु तें सुहाग भाग वशकीने तुमतो परम विचित्र रस छिनछिन जात वह्योरी ॥२॥
He is the son of the king of the cowherds and is beloved by many. What great merit have you earned that you have attained Him? Says Govind Prabhu: Through your good fortune in love, you have brought Him under your loving sway. Yet you are letting these moments of extraordinarily wonderful loving sweetness pass away, one by one. ॥२॥
