मथतदधिमथनीटेकअरें ॥ आरकरोजिन स्याममनोहर वासुकी शंभुडरे ॥१॥ मंदरडरत सिंधुतनकांप्यो अबबलकहाकरें ॥ तीनलोकदेख विस्मयभयो फिरजिनमथनकरें ॥२॥ सुरअरुअसुरदेख पुनकांपत प्रभुमरयादटरें ॥ सूरदासप्रभुमुग्ध यशोदा हवैमुखबिंदुगरे ॥३॥

मथतदधिमथनीटेकअरें ॥ आरकरोजिन स्याममनोहर वासुकी शंभुडरे ॥१॥
As Yashoda churns the curd with her churning rod, a cry arises: “O beautiful Shyam, do not churn so forcefully!” Even Vasuki, the great Vasuki, and Shambhu are frightened. ॥१॥

मंदरडरत सिंधुतनकांप्यो अबबलकहाकरें ॥ तीनलोकदेख विस्मयभयो फिरजिनमथनकरें ॥२॥
Mount Mandar trembles, and the ocean shakes. “What can our strength do now?” All three worlds are filled with wonder at the sight. “Please do not churn again!” ॥२॥

सुरअरुअसुरदेख पुनकांपत प्रभुमरयादटरें ॥ सूरदासप्रभुमुग्ध यशोदा हवैमुखबिंदुगरे ॥३॥
The gods and demons tremble at the sight, fearing that the Lord's established order may be disturbed. Surdas says that Yashoda is completely absorbed in her Lord, while drops of sweat fall from her face. ॥३॥

mandaradarat sindhutanakaampyo ababalakahaakaren ||
teenalokadekh vismayabhayo phirajinamathanakaren ||2||

suraaruasuradekh punakaampat prabhumarayaadataren ||
sooradaasaprabhumugdh Yashodaa havaimukhabindugare ||3||
