मेरे पलकनसो मग झारूं ॥ या मग में प्यारो मेरो आवत हे तन मन जोबन वारूं ॥१॥ सेज सँवारूं चमर ढुरावुं मधुर स्वर गाउं ॥ रसिक प्रीतम पिय जो मिले मोहे हंस हंस कंठ लगाउं ॥२॥

मेरे पलकनसो मग झारूं ॥ या मग में प्यारो मेरो आवत हे तन मन जोबन वारूं ॥१॥
I would sweep the path with my eyelashes. My beloved is coming along this path; I offer him my body, heart, and youth. ॥१॥

सेज सँवारूं चमर ढुरावुं मधुर स्वर गाउं ॥ रसिक प्रीतम पिय जो मिले मोहे हंस हंस कंठ लगाउं ॥२॥
I would prepare his resting place, wave the chamar, and sing in a sweet voice. If my beloved Rasik Pritam comes to meet me, I would smile joyfully and embrace him. ॥२॥
