न्हेंनी न्हेंनी बूंदन हो पीय लाग्यो बरषन घन सघन घटा घन घोरें ॥ तेसीय कनक चित्र सारी तामें पोढे पीय प्यारी तेसीय दामिनी अति दरसें ॥१॥ तेसेई दादुर मोर कोकिला केकी करत रोर उठत मदन कलोल दंपति हिय हुलसें ॥ गोविन्द बलि सुघर दोऊ गावत केदारो राग तान अतिही सरसें ॥२॥

न्हेंनी न्हेंनी बूंदन हो पीय लाग्यो बरषन घन सघन घटा घन घोरें ॥ तेसीय कनक चित्र सारी तामें पोढे पीय प्यारी तेसीय दामिनी अति दरसें ॥१॥

Soft, fine drops begin to fall from the dense, dark clouds. In the same way, the beloved rests in a golden patterned sari, shining beautifully like lightning. ॥१॥

तेसेई दादुर मोर कोकिला केकी करत रोर उठत मदन कलोल दंपति हिय हुलसें ॥ गोविन्द बलि सुघर दोऊ गावत केदारो राग तान अतिही सरसें ॥२॥

The frogs, peacocks, cuckoos, and peahens call out; waves of loving joy arise, and the hearts of the divine couple rejoice. Govind is devoted to the graceful pair, who sing Raga Kedaro with very sweet melodies. ॥२॥

nhennee nhennee boondan ho peey laagyo barashan ghan saghan ghataa ghan ghoren ||
teseey kanak chitr saaree taamen podhe peey pyaaree teseey daaminee ati darasen ||1||

teseee daadur mor kokilaa kekee karat ror uthat madan kalol dampati hiy hulasen ||
Govind bali sughar dooo gaavat kedaaro raag taan atihee sarasen ||2||
