पलना फूलन गूँथ बनायौ ॥ जाती जूही चमेली चंपा कनेर सुरंग सुहायौ ॥१॥ राईवेल गुलतुर्रा सोहत बीच फोंदना लै लटकायौ॥ लेकर गोद श्याम सुंदरकों जसुमति पलनामें बैठायौ ॥२॥ गोदी लिये हुलरावत गावत तन मन अति आनंद बढ़ायौ ॥ रसिक प्रीतमकी बानिक निरखत ब्रज जन निरख निरख सुख पायौ ॥३॥

पलना फूलन गूँथ बनायौ ॥
The cradle has been made by weaving flowers together.

जाती जूही चमेली चंपा कनेर सुरंग सुहायौ ॥१॥
Royal Jasmine, Indian Jasmine, Jasmine, Champak, Oleander, in beautiful colours, adorn it delightfully. ॥१॥

राईवेल गुलतुर्रा सोहत बीच फोंदना लै लटकायौ॥
Rai-bel and clusters of flowers look beautiful, with a tassel hanging in the centre.

लेकर गोद श्याम सुंदरकों जसुमति पलनामें बैठायौ ॥२॥
Taking Shyam Sundar in her lap, Jasumati seats Him in the cradle. ॥२॥

गोदी लिये हुलरावत गावत तन मन अति आनंद बढ़ायौ ॥
Taking Him in her lap, she fondles Him and sings, filling body and heart with immense joy.

रसिक प्रीतमकी बानिक निरखत ब्रज जन निरख निरख सुख पायौ ॥३॥
Beholding the charming ways of Rasik Pritam, the people of Vraj gaze upon Him again and again and find joy. ॥३॥

raaeevel gulaturraa sohat beech phondanaa lai latakaayau ||
lekar god shyaam sundarakon jasumati palanaamen baithaayau ||2||

godee liye hularaavat gaavat tan man ati aanand barhaayau ||
rasik preetamakee baanik nirakhat Braj jan nirakh nirakh sukh paayau ||3||
