पावस ऋतुनीकी लागत हिंडोरें हरिसंग झूलत व्रजनारी ॥ सावन मास फुहीं थोरी थोरी तेसीये भूमि हरियारी ॥१॥ नवघन नवबन नवचात्रिकपिक नवल कसुंभी सारी ॥ नवलकिशोर श्यामसंग शोभित नव वृषभान दुलारी ॥२॥ कन्चनखंभ जटित नगपटुली डांडी चारी सँवारी चतुर्भुजप्रभु पिय मधुरे झोटा देतलाल गिरधारी ॥३॥

पावस ऋतुनीकी लागत हिंडोरें हरिसंग झूलत व्रजनारी ॥ सावन मास फुहीं थोरी थोरी तेसीये भूमि हरियारी ॥१॥
As the rainy season begins, the women of Vraj swing on the swing with Hari. In the month of Savan, fine drops of rain fall little by little, and the earth becomes green. ॥१॥

नवघन नवबन नवचात्रिकपिक नवल कसुंभी सारी ॥ नवलकिशोर श्यामसंग शोभित नव वृषभान दुलारी ॥२॥
Fresh clouds, fresh forests, new chatak birds and cuckoos, and fresh kesari-colored garments are seen everywhere. The youthful Kishor is beautified together with the newly radiant beloved daughter of Vrishabhanu, beside Shyam. ॥२॥

कन्चनखंभ जटित नगपटुली डांडी चारी सँवारी चतुर्भुजप्रभु पिय मधुरे झोटा देतलाल गिरधारी ॥३॥
The swing is adorned with golden pillars, gem-studded fittings, a swing-seat, and four beautifully decorated poles. Chaturbhuj Prabhu gives sweet pushes to His beloved, the dear Giridhari. ॥३॥

saavan maas phuheen thoree thoree teseeye bhoomi hariyaaree ||1||

navaghan navaban navachaatrikapik naval kasumbhee saaree ||
navalakishor shyaamasang shobhit nav vrishabhaan dulaaree ||2||

kanchanakhambh jatit nagapatulee daandee chaaree sanvaaree chaturbhujaprabhu piy madhure jhotaa detalaal giradhaaree ||3||
