पवित्रा पहरें श्रीगोकुलनाथ ॥ विप्र सबे मिल वेद उच्चारत निरखत सुरनर साथ ॥१॥ शिव ब्रह्मादिक कौतुक देखें आनन्द उर न समात ॥ देवलोक भुवलोक रसातल तिहुंपुर मंगलगात ॥२॥ सेवकजन व्रजसुन्दरि मिलकें श्रीमुख निरखत जात ॥ माधोदास प्रभुको यश गावे तातें नवनिधि पात ॥३॥

पवित्रा पहरें श्रीगोकुलनाथ | Pavitra Paharen Shrigokulnath

पवित्रा पहरें श्रीगोकुलनाथ ॥ विप्र सबे मिल वेद उच्चारत निरखत सुरनर साथ ॥१॥
Shri Gokulnath wears the pavitra. All the Brahmins gather and recite the Vedas, while gods and humans behold Him together. ॥१॥

शिव ब्रह्मादिक कौतुक देखें आनन्द उर न समात ॥ देवलोक भुवलोक रसातल तिहुंपुर मंगलगात ॥२॥
Shiva, Brahma, and the others behold this wondrous sight; the joy cannot be contained in their hearts. In the celestial world, the earthly world, and Rasatal—the three realms—auspicious songs are sung. ॥२॥

सेवकजन व्रजसुन्दरि मिलकें श्रीमुख निरखत जात ॥ माधोदास प्रभुको यश गावे तातें नवनिधि पात ॥३॥
The sevaks and the beautiful women of Vraj gather together and go on beholding His Shri-mukh. Madhodas sings the glory of the Lord; therefore, the nine treasures are attained. ॥३॥

vipr sabe mil ved uchchaarat nirakhat suranar saath ||1||

shiv brahmaadik kautuk dekhen aanand ur na samaat ||
devalok bhuvalok rasaatal tihumpur mangalagaat ||2||

sevakajan vrajasundari milaken Shreemukh nirakhat jaat ||
maadhodaas prabhuko yash gaave taaten navanidhi paat ||3||
