प्रकटे श्रीविठ्ठलनाथके गिरिधर सुखदाई ॥ मात श्रीरुक्मिणी कूखतें प्रकट्यो शशिराई ॥१॥ भई चांदनी जगतमें भक्ति-सरसाई ॥ कृष्ण भजन सबहीं करे यश पावन गाई ॥२॥ नवधा भक्ति दई सबे निजजन अधिकाई ॥ प्रेमसिंधुमें बोरिकें कीने हरिराई ॥३॥ स्वजनक आज्ञा मांगिके प्रतिवाद कहाई ॥ दूरि कियो सब बादको हरिभक्ति दृढाई ॥४॥ सेवत कृष्ण महा प्रभु गोकुल सुखदाई ॥ शेष महेश न पावही धरिध्यान महाई ॥५॥ दुखहारी सब जगतके सुखकरन महाई ॥ रसिकदास अति दीनहे तुम करो सहाई ॥६॥

प्रकटे श्रीविठ्ठलनाथके गिरिधर सुखदाई ॥
मात श्रीरुक्मिणी कूखतें प्रकट्यो शशिराई ॥१॥
The joy-giving Giridhar appeared as the son of Shri Vitthalnath. From the womb of Mother Shri Rukmini, He appeared like the radiant moon. ॥१॥

भई चांदनी जगतमें भक्ति-सरसाई ॥
कृष्ण भजन सबहीं करे यश पावन गाई ॥२॥
Moonlight seemed to spread throughout the world, filling it with the sweetness of bhakti. Everyone worshipped Krishna and sang His sacred glory. ॥२॥

नवधा भक्ति दई सबे निजजन अधिकाई ॥
प्रेमसिंधुमें बोरिकें कीने हरिराई ॥३॥
He bestowed the nine forms of bhakti abundantly upon all His own devotees. Harirai immersed them in the ocean of prema. ॥३॥

स्वजनक आज्ञा मांगिके प्रतिवाद कहाई ॥
दूरि कियो सब बादको हरिभक्ति दृढाई ॥४॥
Having received His father’s permission, He entered into debate. He removed all opposing arguments and firmly established Hari-bhakti. ॥४॥

सेवत कृष्ण महा प्रभु गोकुल सुखदाई ॥
शेष महेश न पावही धरिध्यान महाई ॥५॥
He serves Krishna, the great Prabhu who bestows happiness upon Gokul. Even Shesha and Mahesha cannot reach His greatness, though they remain absorbed in meditation. ॥५॥

दुखहारी सब जगतके सुखकरन महाई ॥
रसिकदास अति दीनहे तुम करो सहाई ॥६॥
You remove the sorrows of the whole world and greatly bestow happiness. Rasikdas is very humble—please grant him Your help. ॥६॥

maat Shreerukminee kookhaten prakatyo shashiraaee ||1||

bhaee chaandanee jagatamen bhakti-sarasaaee ||
Krishna bhajan sabaheen kare yash paavan gaaee ||2||

navadhaa bhakti daee sabe nijajan adhikaaee ||
premasindhumen boriken keene hariraaee ||3||

svajanak aagyaa maangike prativaad kahaaee ||
doori kiyo sab baadako haribhakti dridhaaee ||4||

sevat Krishna mahaa prabhu Gokul sukhadaaee ||
shesh mahesh na paavahee dharidhyaan mahaaee ||5||

dukhahaaree sab jagatake sukhakaran mahaaee ||
rasikadaas ati deenahe tum karo sahaaee ||6||
