प्यारो नवल नागरी संगरी संग नवल नागरराई ॥ नवलकुंज विहारी मनमथ मनहारी सुरतकेलि अंगअंग सुखदाई ॥१॥ नवल राग कान्हरोजु करत सुघर नवल नवल तान लेत मनभाई ॥ नवराग दंपतिके देखत गोविंद बलबल जाई ॥

प्यारो नवल नागरी संगरी संग नवल नागरराई ॥ नवलकुंज विहारी मनमथ मनहारी सुरतकेलि अंगअंग सुखदाई ॥१॥
“The lovely, youthful Radha is together with Her beloved, the charming young Krishna. The divine Couple enjoy loving pastimes in a beautiful, fresh kunj. Their beauty captivates even Kamadeva, the god of love, and every part of Their being is filled with the happiness of Their loving play.” ॥१॥

नवल राग कान्हरोजु करत सुघर नवल नवल तान लेत मनभाई ॥ नवराग दंपतिके देखत गोविंद बलबल जाई ॥
“Kanhaiya beautifully sings in the fresh and delightful raga Kanharo, taking up ever-new, melodious tunes that please the heart. Beholding the divine Couple filled with fresh love, Govind lovingly offers himself to Them again and again.” ॥
