रही झुक लाल गुलाबी पाग ॥ तापर सुभग चंद्रिका राजत लाल तिलक छबि लाग ॥१॥
A red, rose-colored turban rests with a graceful tilt. Upon it shines a lovely chandrika ornament, and the red tilak adds to the beauty. ॥१॥

तेसोई बन्यो हे चीर प्यारी को कोर जरकसीकी लाग ॥ आप लाल रंग रंग छबीली निरखदास बडभाग ॥२॥
Pyari’s garment too is made in the same way, with a border of zari-work. She Herself looks beautifully adorned in shades of red; beholding this, the das considers himself greatly blessed. ॥२॥
