रूप देख नयना पलक लागें नहीं ॥ गोवरधनधरके अंग अंग पर दृष्टि परत चित रहत तहीतहीं ॥१॥ कहारी कहों अंग अंगकी बानिक चितचोर्यो माग दही ॥ कुमनदासप्रभुके मिलनकी सुंदर बात सखियनसो कही ॥२॥

रूप देख नयना पलक लागें नहीं ॥  
गोवरधनधरके अंग अंग पर दृष्टि परत चित रहत तहीतहीं ॥१॥
Seeing His beauty, my eyes do not even blink. Wherever my gaze falls upon Govardhandhar’s form, my heart remains fixed there. ॥१॥

कहारी कहों अंग अंगकी बानिक चितचोर्यो माग दही ॥  
कुमनदासप्रभुके मिलनकी सुंदर बात सखियनसो कही ॥२॥
How can I describe the beauty of each part of His form? He stole my heart while I was on the way to sell curd. Kumbhandas says: she told her sakhis the beautiful account of meeting the Lord. ॥२॥

roop dekh nayanaa palak laagen naheen ||
govaradhanadharake ang ang par drishti parat chit rahat taheetaheen ||1||

kahaaree kahon ang angakee baanik chitachoryo maag dahee ||
kumanadaasaprabhuke milanakee sundar baat sakhiyanaso kahee ||2||
