सखी सुगंध जल घोरी के चंदन हरि अंग लगावत ॥ बदनकमल अलके मधुपनसी बांकी पाग मनभावत ॥१॥ कोऊ बिंजना कुसुमन के ढोरत कुसुमन भूखन करि उर पहेरावत ॥ तरु बेली सीयरी तर क्रीडत व्रजाधीश गुन गावत (मन भावत) ॥

सखी सुगंध जल घोरी के चंदन हरि अंग लगावत ॥ बदनकमल अलके मधुपनसी बांकी पाग मनभावत ॥१॥
“A sakhi mixes sandalwood paste with fragrant water and lovingly applies it to Hari’s body. His curls resemble bees gathered around His lotus-like face, and His beautifully tilted turban is most pleasing to the heart.” ॥१॥

कोऊ बिंजना कुसुमन के ढोरत कुसुमन भूखन करि उर पहेरावत ॥ तरु बेली सीयरी तर क्रीडत व्रजाधीश गुन गावत (मन भावत) ॥
“Some sakhis gently fan Him with fans made of flowers, while others make flower ornaments and adorn His heart with them. Beneath the cool shade of trees and creepers, the Lord of Vraj enjoys His pastimes as the sakhis sing His glories, delighting His heart.”
