शोभाआज भलीबनि आई ॥ जलसुतऊपरहंसबिराजत तापरइंद्र बधूदरसाई ॥१॥ दधिसुतलियो दियोदधिसुतमें यह छबिदेख नंदमुसकाई ॥ नीरजसुतबाहनकोभक्षण सूरस्यामले कीर चुगाई ॥२॥

शोभाआज भलीबनि आई ॥ जलसुतऊपरहंसबिराजत तापरइंद्र बधूदरसाई ॥१॥ 
What a beautiful sight today! A swan sits upon a lotus, and above it appears Indra's wife, Shachi. ॥१॥

दधिसुतलियो दियोदधिसुतमें यह छबिदेख नंदमुसकाई ॥ नीरजसुतबाहनकोभक्षण सूरस्यामले कीर चुगाई ॥२॥ 
Shyam took butter and put it into His moon-like mouth. Seeing this lovely sight, Nanda smiled. Surdas says: Shyam fed the parrot with pearls, the food of the swan that carries lotus-born Brahma. ॥२॥

jalasutaooparahansabiraajat taaparaindr badhoodarasaaee ||1||

dadhisutaliyo diyodadhisutamen yah chhabidekh nandamusakaaee ||
neerajasutabaahanakobhakshan soorasyaamale keer chugaaee ||2||
