सोंधें न्हाय बेठी पेहेरिपर भूषन जहां फूलवारी तहां सुकवत अलकें ॥ सो मास कलकरनख केससंभारत मानो उडगन में उडपति झलके ॥१॥ विविध शृंगार लिए गडी पिय सखी भरिआये आनंद रति पति दलके ॥ हरीदास के स्वामी स्यामा कुंज बिहारी छबि निरखत लागत नहीं पलकें ॥२॥

सोंधें न्हाय बेठी पेहेरिपर भूषन जहां फूलवारी तहां सुकवत अलकें ॥  
सो मास कलकरनख केससंभारत मानो उडगन में उडपति झलके ॥१॥  
Having taken a fragrant bath, she sits adorned with ornaments; there in the flower-garden her curls are drying. As her graceful hands arrange her hair, it seems as though the moon is glimmering among the stars. ॥१॥

विविध शृंगार लिए गडी पिय सखी भरिआये आनंद रति पति दलके ॥  
हरीदास के स्वामी स्यामा कुंज बिहारी छबि निरखत लागत नहीं पलकें ॥२॥  
Adorned in many ways, dear sakhi, she comes filled with joy, surpassing even Ratipati. Haridas says: beholding the beauty of his Lord, Syama Kunj Bihari, the eyes do not feel inclined even to blink. ॥२॥

## Transliteration

sondhen nhaay bethee peheripar bhooshan jahaan phoolavaaree tahaan sukavat alaken ||
so maas kalakaranakh kesasambhaarat maano udagan men udapati jhalake ||1||

vividh shringaar lie gadee piy sakhee bhariaaye aanand rati pati dalake ||
hareedaas ke svaamee syaamaa kunj bihaaree chhabi nirakhat laagat naheen palaken ||2||
