सुधंग नाचत नवल किशोरी ॥ थेईथेई करत चाहत प्रीतम दिश बदन चंद मानों तृषित चकोरी ॥१॥ तान बंधान मानमें भामिनी रीझे श्याम कहत हो होरी ॥ हित हरिवंश परस्पर प्रीतम बरवट लियौ मोहन चित चोरी ॥२॥

सुधंग नाचत नवल किशोरी ॥
थेईथेई करत चाहत प्रीतम दिश बदन चंद मानों तृषित चकोरी ॥१॥
Naval Kishori dances gracefully with perfect rhythm. Dancing to “thei, thei,” She gazes toward Pritam’s moon-like face, like a thirsty chakori longing for the moon. ॥१॥

तान बंधान मानमें भामिनी रीझे श्याम कहत हो होरी ॥
Absorbed in the melody, rhythm, and graceful movements, Bhamini delights Shyam, who encourages Her, saying, “Ho! Ho!”

हित हरिवंश परस्पर प्रीतम बरवट लियौ मोहन चित चोरी ॥२॥
Hit Harivansh says: Pritam and Pyari delight in each other; Mohan’s heart is completely captivated by Her. ॥२॥

theeetheee karat chaahat preetam dish badan chand maanon trishit chakoree ||1||

taan bandhaan maanamen bhaaminee reejhe shyaam kahat ho horee ||
hit harivansh paraspar preetam baravat liyau mohan chit choree ||2||
