सुघर रावरे की गोपकुमारि गोकुल की राखी बाँधे हरि राधा हिंडोरे झूलनि नंदसदन आई। प्रफुल्लित मुख सोभित अलक चपल नैना पट भूषन झगमग तन चटक मटक जसुमति मन भाई ॥१॥ कोऊ मृदंग बजावे गावे बीन सरस सुर मिलावे पिक रिझावे लजावे मोरनि कूक मचाई। 'ब्रजाधीस' केलि करत फूले बन हरित भूमि बडभागिनि पून्यो यह सावन सुखदाई ॥२॥

सुघर रावरे की गोपकुमारि गोकुल की राखी बाँधे हरि राधा हिंडोरे झूलनि नंदसदन आई।
Your beautiful cowherd girl, Radha, has come to Nanda's house to swing on the swing, with Hari wearing the rakhi of Gokul. ॥

प्रफुल्लित मुख सोभित अलक चपल नैना पट भूषन झगमग तन चटक मटक जसुमति मन भाई ॥१॥
Her joyful face is beautiful, her curls are lovely, her lively eyes shine, her garments and ornaments sparkle, and her graceful appearance delights Yashoda's heart. ॥१ ॥

कोऊ मृदंग बजावे गावे बीन सरस सुर मिलावे पिक रिझावे लजावे मोरनि कूक मचाई।
Someone plays the mridang, while another sings and plays the veena, joining its sweet notes. The cuckoos are delighted, while the calls of the peacocks resound all around. ॥

'ब्रजाधीस' केलि करत फूले बन हरित भूमि बडभागिनि पून्यो यह सावन सुखदाई ॥२॥
The Lord of Braj enjoys these pastimes; the forests are in bloom, and the green earth is most fortunate. This full moon of Savan is filled with happiness. ॥२ ॥

sughar raavare kee gopakumaari Gokul kee raakhee baandhe hari Raadhaa hindore jhoolani nandasadan aaee |
praphullit mukh sobhit alak chapal nainaa pat bhooshan jhagamag tan chatak matak jasumati man bhaaee ||1||

kooo mridang bajaave gaave been saras sur milaave pik rijhaave lajaave morani kook machaaee |
'brajaadhees' keli karat phoole ban harit bhoomi badabhaagini poonyo yah saavan sukhadaaee ||2||
