Meaning
चहूंयुग वेद वचन प्रति पार्यो ॥ धर्म ग्लानि भई जबहि जब तब तब तुम वपु धार्यो ॥१॥
Throughout all four Yugas, You have fulfilled the words of the Vedas. Whenever dharma declined, You assumed a form. ॥१॥
सत्ययुग श्वेत बाराह रूप धर हिरण्याक्ष उरफार्यो ॥ त्रेता रामरूप दशरथ गृह रावण कुल संहार्यो ॥२॥
In Satyayug, You assumed the form of Shvet Varaha and tore open Hiranyaksha’s chest. In Treta, You appeared as Ram in Dasharath’s home and destroyed Ravana and his clan. ॥२॥
द्वापर व्रज बूडततें राख्यो सुरपति पांयन पार्यो ॥ कंसादिक दानव सब मारे बसुधा भार उतार्यो ॥३॥
In Dwapar, You saved Vraj from being submerged, and Surapati fell at Your feet. You destroyed Kansa and the other demons and removed the burden of the earth. ॥३॥
कलियुग श्रीवल्लभ गृह प्रकटे मायावाद निवार्यो ॥ माणिकचंद प्रभु श्रीविठ्ठल पुरुषोत्तम रूप निहार्यो ॥४॥
In Kaliyug, You appeared in the home of Shri Vallabh and removed Mayavada. Manikchand says: in Prabhu Shri Vitthal, I behold the form of Purushottam. ॥४॥

satyayug shvet baaraah roop dhar hiranyaaksh uraphaaryo · tretaa raamaroop dasharath grih raavan kul sanhaaryo ॥2॥
dvaapar Vraj boodataten raakhyo surapati paanyan paaryo · kansaadik daanav sab maare basudhaa bhaar utaaryo ॥3॥
kaliyug Shreevallabh grih prakate maayaavaad nivaaryo · maanikachand prabhu Shreeviththal purushottam roop nihaaryo ॥4॥
