दूध पियो मेरे स्याम जु प्यारे ॥ ओट्यो सद्य बेला भर लाई कुंवर किशोर दृगनके तारे ॥१॥
“Please drink this milk, my beloved Shyam. I have just boiled it and brought You a full bowl, my dear young prince, the apple of my eyes.” ॥१॥
तामें मधुर सुगंध मिलाई सुन पीवत व्रजराज ललारे ॥ 'कुंभनदास' प्रभु गोवर्धनधर छबि पर तन मन धन सब वारे ॥२॥
“I have added sweet and fragrant ingredients to it. Please listen to me and drink it, O darling son of the King of Vraj.” Kumbhandas says, “I offer my body, mind, and all my wealth in loving devotion to the beautiful form of Lord Govardhandhar.” ॥२॥
