Meaning
माई झूलें कुंवरि गोप रायनकी मध्य राधा सुन्दर सुकुमार ॥धु०॥ O Mother, the beautiful and tender Princess Radha swings amidst the cowherd kings. ॥धु०॥
प्रथमही ऋतु पावस आरंभ ॥ श्रीवृषभान मँगाये खंभ ॥ काढ भवनतें रतन अमोल ॥ रचिपचि रुचिर रच्योंहे हिंडोल ॥१॥
At the very beginning of the rainy season, Shri Vrishabhanu had pillars brought. He brought priceless jewels from the palace and carefully prepared a beautiful swing. ॥१॥
एकतें एक सरस सुकुमार ॥ मानों रची विधि कुंकुम गार ॥ जगमगात नवजोबन जोत ॥ निरख नयन चकचोंधी होत ॥२॥
Each one is more lovely and delicate than the other, as though the Creator had made them from vermilion paste. The radiance of fresh youth shines brightly, and the eyes are dazzled upon seeing it. ॥२॥
वरणवरण चूनरी सुरंग ॥ फबीलोंने सोनेसे अंग ॥ राजत मणि आभरण रमणीय ॥ जुही गुही कबरी कमनीय ॥३॥
Chunaris of many beautiful colors adorn her. Gold beautifully enhances her appearance. Lovely jewel ornaments shine, and jasmine flowers are woven into her graceful braid. ॥३॥
गावत सुघर सरस सुरगीत ॥ दुलरावत मनमोहन मीत ॥ प्रेम विवश भई सकत न गाय ॥ उमग्योहे आनंद उर न समाय ॥४॥
She sings sweet and beautiful songs, while her beloved Manmohan lovingly delights her. Overcome with love, she is unable to continue singing. Joy has surged within her heart and cannot be contained. ॥४॥
दुर देखत गोकुलके राय ॥ शोभा निरखत मन न अघाय ॥ मुदित गदाधर नंदकिशोर ॥ लोचनभये भरेके चोर ॥५॥
From afar, the King of Gokul beholds her. Seeing her beauty, his heart is never satisfied. Nandkishor Gadadhar is filled with joy; his eyes have become like thieves, unable to take their fill of the beautiful sight. ॥५॥

varanavaran choonaree surang · phabeelonne sonese ang · raajat mani aabharan ramaneey · juhee guhee kabaree kamaneey ॥3॥
gaavat sughar saras surageet · dularaavat manamohan meet · prem vivash bhaee sakat na gaay · umagyohe aanand ur na samaay ॥4॥
dur dekhat gokulake raay · shobhaa nirakhat man na aghaay · mudit gadaadhar nandakishor · lochanabhaye bhareke chor ॥5॥
